Partnership agreement with Asturian Construction Confederation (CAC)

CAC members will enjoy preferential terms in system certification and CE marking services.

On 14th September 2016, Applus+ Certification and Asturia’s construction confederation concluded a commercial partnership agreement for the promotion of certification services among CAC members. The agreement, signed by Federico Martinez (Commercial Director at Applus+ Certification) and Daniel García-Balbín Álvarez (CAC’s Managing Director), gives CAC members preferential rates for management system certification and the CE marking of products.

This agreement also marks the start of a series of informative talks on topics of particular interest to companies in CAC’s sphere. Such topics include compliance systems, the latest versions of ISO 9000 and 14000, product certification and so on.

Applus+ offers a wide portfolio of services to manufacturers of construction products:

Certification of quality management, environmental management and health and safety systems, amongst others
CE marking services as a Notified Body for the Construction Products Regulation:
- Laboratory testing
- Factory Production Control (FPC) audits
- Product certification for CE marking
