Conference – Changes to ISO 9001 - 2015

    September 2015 will see the release of an updated version of the ISO 9001 standard. One of the key changes will be the introduction of risk management. The new version of the standard widens its preventive philosophy by making the identification of risks mandatory within an organisation, as well as the implementation of measures to avoid or minimise these risks. In addition, the new version will not simply refer to the client, but to “interested parties”. As such, the standard aligns more closely with Total Quality and the Excellence Model.

    • To understand the importance of quality management systems in organisational development and improvement
    • To understand the key changes to and requirements of the new ISO 9001:2015 standard
    • To provide all the necessary tools for the successful migration of a quality management system to the new version of the standard
