Applus+ renews ANAV’s `Empresa Saludable´ certification

    ANAV was the first company in the nuclear industry to implement and certify a Healthy Business Excellence System (SEES).

    On 14th June, Applus+ Certification renewed ANAV’s certification as a “Healthy Business”. At the formal award ceremony, which took place at the Applus+ offices in Madrid, José Francisco Bonet San Martín, Business Development Manager at Applus+ Certification, presented the certificate to Manel Castella Castella, ANAV’s Head of Health and Safety, and Elías García Soto, the company’s HR Director.
     
    ANAV, or Asociación Nacional Ascó-Vendellós, is a group charged with ensuring the correct functioning of the Ascó and Vendellós nuclear power plants along with the highest levels of quality, health and safety.
    ANAV first implemented Quirónprevención’s SEES (Healthy Business Excellence) scheme in 2015, becoming the first nuclear company to be certified as a Healthy Business. This year it has returned to Applus+ for its recertification audit.
