To benefit from the €73,603,229.28 subsidies, companies must submit an energy consumption report and a verification report.
Many companies have been affected by the increase in electricity prices. To mitigate the adverse effects, the Spanish government has approved a series of measures and subsidies specifically aimed at electricity-intensive consumers.
Any private company owning a supply point or installation that meets the requirements, and that submits the required applications and documentation between 9 May and 17 June 2022, may benefit from the subsidies. The total budget amounts to €73,603,229.28.
Organisations applying for these subsidies must submit, for each installation and application, a report explaining their energy consumption and a report verified by a body accredited by the National Accreditation Body (ENAC), such as Applus+ Certification.
