The past 23rd January, Applus+ Certification granted the IFS Food certificate to Chocolates Trapa, one of Spain’s most iconic chocolatiers.
Chocolates Trapa received the IFS Food (International Food Standards) certificate from Applus+ Certification at their factory in San Isidro de Dueñas, Palencia, for the third consecutive year.
María Torío, Quality Control Manager at Chocolates Trapa, received the certificate from Alberto Gómez García, Food & Agriculture Account Manager at Applus+ Certification.
IFS opens up new markets as it includes many of the quality requirements demanded by the primary supply chains.
